• Report power outages, disruptions, or emergencies, as well as issues with public lighting in the city. Track the stages of issue resolution.
• Stay informed about our daily maintenance work to improve service quality and any potential power suspensions in your home.
• Create payment agreements for charges related to the electricity service.
• Submit meter readings. It is no longer necessary to wait for a meter reader every month, especially if your meter is inside the property.
• Review your energy consumption in detail by month, week, and day, including specific time slots (morning, afternoon, evening) if you have a smart meter.
• Stay informed about important billing cycle dates for your energy service such as meter reading date, bill distribution date, payment deadline, and suspension date.
